Façade Grant Program

Cassopolis Main Street is dedicated to improving the vibrancy of Downtown Cassopolis. Since 2020 Cassopolis Main Street has given out over $40,000 in Façade Grants to improve the exterior appearance of locally owned small businesses. Building owners and occupants can apply for up to $5,000 in matched funding. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and grants are given out as funding is available.

Completed Façade Grants

Holden Green Tavern, located at 159 S. Broadway, received a grant to improve the entry atrium.

The 144 Building received a grant to improve the back façade.

Ploughman’s Market and Deli, located at 525 S. Broadway, received a grant to renovate the former Marcello’s building to better fit their new business.

Stone Lake Bar & Grill, located at 135 S. Broadway, received a grant to install a new stone façade on the storefront.

The Twirl, located at 220 S Broadway, received a grant to build a new deck and install a new digital sign.

Broadway Café, located at 158 S. Broadway, received a grant to replace their two front windows.

The Smile Center, located at 110 S. Broadway, received a grant to replace their awning.

The 144 Building received a grant to completely update the front façade.

Attorney Stephen K. Woods, located at 156 S. Broadway, received a grant to replace windows and reinforce brick work.
