Cassopolis Main Street works closely with the Village of Cassopolis to spark excitement, cultivate community, support local businesses, and increase traffic to and awareness of the Cassopolis area through engaging community events and philanthropy.
Cassopolis Main Street was founded in 2016 with the hope of making a positive impact in the Village of Cassopolis. CMS is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization. Each member of the committee is an unpaid volunteer who dedicates much of their time, effort, and resources to Main Street’s mission. Cassopolis Main Street relies on the generosity of donors and volunteers to make each event possible and is grateful for every person who has contributed to the success and growth of Cassopolis.
Ben Anderson – President
Ben is Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Cassopolis. He is a founding member of Cassopolis Main Street. Ben was born and raised in Cassopolis and married his high school sweetheart, Jenna. Ben and Jenna are proud Ranger parents to their two boys, Aaron and Seth.
David is a pastor at Christ Temple Church. Born and raised in Cassopolis he now serves as the Village Council President. David has been a committee member since 2016.
Tonia is the Clerk for the Village of Cassopolis. She has been on the Main Street Committee since 2016. Tonia is originally from New York and moved to Southwest Michigan in 2005 where her and her husband have enjoyed raising their daughter, Kari.
Rick works for Shwintek Inc. He has been on the committee since 2016 and championed bringing back the Ice Fishing Bowl. Rick is also involved with Cassopolis Little League and is a proud Ranger parent.
Adam owns Cassopolis Construction and is a building inspector for multiple municipalities in the area. He has been on the Main Street Committee since 2017. Adam is a proud Ranger parent and is actively involved with many organizations in the community.
Mark is a real estate agent with Cressy & Everett. He has been on the committee since 2019. Mark is also a board member for the Cass County Economic Development Corporation and the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORs.
Alexis is the Community Development Coordinator for the Village of Cassopolis and has been on the Main Street Committee since 2020. Originally from Metro-Detroit, Alexis enjoys the close knit community that only a small town like Cassopolis can offer.
Tracy is a Business Relationship Manager for JPMorgan Chase Banks in the Southwest Michigan Area. Tracy has been on the Main Street Committee since 2021 and is also a committee member for the Cassopolis/Vandalia Chamber of Commerce, Berrien County Youth Fair, and Michiana Business Support.
